As soon as LIBAXIS finds a suitable match, the onboarding process starts automatically. The AI ​​system analyzes the profile, identifies suitable talents (see offer above) and shows an analysis of existing skills and any additional training required. Selected talents can receive additional training during their employment contract or prior to its start, according to the training plan. LXP, part of LIBAXIS, registers training courses and certificates, monitors progress and advises on new training courses. In the event of a match or interest between talent and an open vacancy, LIBAXIS activates a vacancy selection and sends a notification to both the talent and the user in the event of a successful match or interest.
