At Selection to Work you learn by doing. You work on real assignments, receive personal guidance from experienced colleagues and follow training at your own pace.
We combine learning on the job, coaching and collaboration in a close-knit team. That way you build independence, skills and confidence step by step.

Everyone learns in their own way. That's why we offer different learning programmes that match your interests and talents — from ICT and web design to practical work in technology.
Each programme consists of six phases: from introduction and orientation to work placement, and from strengthening social skills to a six-monthly evaluation.
